We are the proud owners of the new tiered seating in Victoria Hall, purchased in partnership with Sue Hill Dance Ltd. This is another example of how Big Local is helping to enhance the Radstock and Westfield area, making it a better place to live, visit and enjoy. This seating will help create a professional auditorium for performances, cinema, lectures and community events.
The funding for the Bleacher seating was raised through sponsored events such as a 24 hour danceathon and a stage production organised and performed by students, match funding also came from local business sponsorship as well as our Big Fund pot. Evidence of need for this investment came from our original consultation completed by CURO for Big Local where people asked for a cinema/theatre and a space for arts.
