What an absolute joy it was to take so many young people with us to the Areas this year! They played a key part in us securing second place and will be coming to the national finals with us this September! This would not have been possible without support for tuition and room hire!
Word spread about lessons and training band and here is a recent photo of our training band rehersing for their upcoming bandstand appearance!
We have had several members now join our senior band, this is largely in part to being able to provide individual lessons, without which progress would be slow. Each member also received an award from the local council for their contribution towards both training, and subsequently senior bands!
